Nowadays academic excellence among the young is given much importance. While it is perfectly acceptable to strive to achieve good academic results, the notion that only academic excellence guarantees a successful life is not true. Students are pressured into taking more subjects than they can handle and this causes immense pressure among our young. This is because acedemic excellence guarantees a succesful life to certain extent.
Having succesful life are not only achieve through academic excellence but can be achieve it own your skill. The only people who have the ability alone can produce a unique craft and can be sold. So, the sellers can achieve their successful in life by their business skill.
Besides that, it's also can success by your ability for satisfy your carrier. For example, traditional dances. Only thr talents person only have that advantages. Thus, through the talents of the dance can also make aperson might be able to work as a traditional dance.
Lastly, With that said, if success to a person is measured in assets, academic excellence will not hurt. Forexample if a person decides to become a medical doctor, he or she is almost guaranteed a successful life. This is because whether the country is at war or in an economic crisis or the country is prosperous, a doctor is bound to have work that can generate income to live a comfortable life. However, if a different profession is chosen such as business, there are too many variables for a guaranteed successful life even with a business degree.
In conclusion, all of life is not according to academic success, but can be achieved through skill, talent and ability of a person.

People Commit Crime For Selfish Reasons
Everyone know that crime is very dangerous and harmful. It's can be happen anywhere. Some people have selfish attitude n themselve and being selfish. In this text, "selfish" refers to the feeling of being inconsiderate and egoistic. So it is agreed that people commit crime for selfish reasons. There are three reasons why being selfish is the cause for people commit in crime.
Firstly, the reason to agreed with this statement is when a person influence by jealously of what the other person have. For example, Ali is too show off with the things that he buys because his economic condition can support him to buys the expensive things,then Amar will feel jelous with him and its can be influence to crime happen.
Secondly,I would like to highlight that people commit crime for selfish reasons because they craving for money. In this rat race society, people tend to commit crimes to get more money because they want to increase the standard of their living such as having a luxurious life. Unfortunately, some people can make it but some people fail. If they cannot make it plus they are uneducated or with low paid salary, they will tend to commit crimes such as embezzlement and bribery. This is due to the reason, people will be looked up by others based on their well off appearance, for instance, luxurious car and branded bags will upgrade their status. Consequently, if they are having strong desire to have more money, they will tend to go against the laws and get involved in many illegal activities like robbery. Besides, they do not care about others and they just want to get more money to enjoy their luxurious life. In brief, commiting crimes for money is a selfish action.
Last but not least, people commit crime for their own benefits because they want to survive in their life. Without any educational background, they could not get a proper job to sustain a living in the high cost standard in the city. As a result, this will lead them to commit crimes such as kidnapping and robbery to survive. Besides, they need food, shelter and other physical needs of life that lead them to commit crime for their own survival. Thus, they care less about the cosequences of their action and even ignore the pain of the victims from the actions that they have done. Other than that, some people are lazy to work for their life and always think about to go for an easy way so that they will tend to commit crimes for their self-centered reasons for instance stealing, break-in houses and car thieves. Therefore, commiting crimes for survival in their life is a selfish action.
In conclusion, I restate my stand that people commit crimes for their own purposes. Their selfish action is due to craving for money, fulfilling their lust or jealousy and surviving in their life. All of these are also not a good excuse for commiting crimes and these problems have to be resolved as soon as possible which needs the co-operation between the government and citizen of Malaysia.
